Job Purpose:
To deliver training on the client record system to Children’s Services staff and assist in the maintenance of the live/test/train databases.
To ensure that staff and managers at all levels across Children’s Services are provided with appropriate training as required by the Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertake training to learn the client record system (currently CareFirst; to be Eclipse) and work processes developed for appropriate use.
* Deliver high-quality training on the client record system to targeted groups throughout Children’s Services.
* Deliver training through various mediums, e.g., online (Microsoft Teams), e-learning, face-to-face with groups and individuals. Group sizes vary.
* Develop training materials for e-learning and process mapping using various applications.
* Maintain course training materials, training plans, and process maps, considering new procedures or technology.
* Be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting course evaluation returns.
Education and Training
A sound working knowledge of using software within a MS Windows (or similar) environment.
Use of Database Environments
Experience/Knowledge in use of databases.
