About The Role
As an Income (Receivables) Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Raising invoices
* Monitoring the accounts receivable ledger
* Chasing outstanding payments
* Maintaining regular contact with customers
* Reconciling payments
* Supporting month and year end closing activities
And much more! This position is a fixed-term role for 6 months, with a hybrid working option and a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
* Current, in depth, hands on working knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle / SAP
* Proven experience in an accounts receivable, credit control or similar finance role
* Good IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
* Ability to work and manage with competing priorities, taking ownership and responsibility for own work and supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders
Job Details
Location: Remote (working from home) – Hybrid working available
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: £29,529 – £31,065 (pro rata for part time)
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months
