This is an exciting opportunity for a band 6 Social Worker to join the Trafford Early Intervention in Psychosis Team, based at Crossgate House in Sale. We work with individuals aged 14-35 experiencing a First Episode Psychosis.
We are a welcoming, dedicated, and experienced team. Our services include psychological therapies and psychosocial interventions, supported by a comprehensive training programme across the directorate. We work closely with service users and families, offering behavioral therapy and family interventions. We value service user involvement and encourage participation in service development.
Main duties of the job
We seek a highly motivated and committed individual with a genuine passion for providing evidence-based recovery interventions to people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The post holder will aim to reduce the impact of psychosis, ensuring that individuals remain actively involved in life, focusing on living an ordinary life and achieving personal recovery.
