We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads. We have a new opportunity in our Box MakersYard store, tucked away behind Temple Meads. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu. This includes preparing the fresh fillings, cutting sourdough sandwiches, cutting cakes etc. We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day, starting from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role.
