What we are looking for: We are looking for a high energy and proactive social media manager to join our London-based team in a hybrid role. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple consumer brands, driving their social media presence and growth. The role: This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Manager located in London. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok - Create and schedule engaging content - Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments - Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance - Lead influencer partnerships and campaigns - Maintain brand voice and guidelines across all channels - Plan and execute brand events Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand/business - Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following - Strong copywriting and content creation abilities - Understanding of social media analytics and reporting - Excellent communication and project management skills - Event planning and execution Desired Skills: - Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) - Experience with social media management platforms - Understanding of paid social media advertising Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Work arrangements: hybrid (3 days in office) - Progression opportunities: opportunity for eventual management of team Location: The on site office is located in North London
