Within our construct business, you will be responsible for delivering large, multiple construction packages while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading and guiding the construction delivery team under the direction of the construction lead and senior leadership team.
* Promoting business priorities such as construction to production, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
* Formulating short-term plans to meet project schedules and coordinating with trades/subcontractors.
* Owning safety, wellbeing, and quality deliverables for designated sections of the project.
* Supporting health, safety, and wellbeing culture on-site.
* Leading forecast lookahead meetings and providing guidance as needed.
* Building strong relationships with clients and design teams, understanding QA processes for final sign-off.
* Ensuring compliance with Mace onsite standards and implementing continuous improvement plans.
* Developing internal and external relationships and contributing to net zero carbon initiatives.
You’ll Need To Have
* CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
* Proven experience managing multiple large packages with detailed knowledge of construction methodologies and safety.
* Digital proficiency, client relationship skills, and team leadership capabilities.
