About the Role
This is more than "doing treatments."
You'll be helping clients feel confident in their skin through personalised consultations, expert treatments, and honest advice.
You will:
* Perform in-depth skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
* Deliver advanced facials, peels, and results-driven skin treatments
* Provide high-standard waxing services (face & body)
* Recommend homecare with confidence and integrity
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and treatment room standards
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Contribute to a positive, professional team culture

Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you:
* Are qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 2/3 minimum)
* Have strong experience in skin treatments and waxing
* Are confident carrying out consultations independently
* Care deeply about client results and experience
