Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences.
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with individual EHCP targets.
* Foster a calm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom through a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic development for each pupil.
* Contribute to curriculum innovation and whole-school improvement initiatives, with opportunities to lead and pilot new approaches.
