We are a well-established, family-run window and doors company specialising in the manufacture and installation of high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and roofline products. We are now looking for a reliable and motivated Window Fabricator to join our factory team in Biggleswade.
The Role:
* Fabricating windows, doors, and associated products to a high standard
* Using a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided if required)
* Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch
* Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and well organised
* Supporting the wider team with general production duties
About You:
* Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing desirable, but not essential (full training will be given)
* A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Happy with repetitive work
* Good practical skills and confidence using hand/power tools
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Health & safety aware and willing to learn new processes
