Warehouse Supervisor
Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm - 40 hour week)
Salary: £15.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, multi-user warehouse operation. The role will focus on managing day-to-day operations for key customers, ensuring performance, accuracy, and service excellence at all times.
This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys leading a small, dedicated team to achieve daily operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a small team of warehouse operatives
* Oversee all aspects of goods in/out, order processing, and stock control.
* Act as the main point of contact for the customer, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations.
* Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates.
* Provide support to the wider warehouse operation as required.
* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role is essential.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team.
