Job Overview
The East Midlands Acute Providers Digital Design Collaborative (EMAP DDC) is a strategic partnership of NHS Acute Trusts working together to deliver a unified digital transformation across the region. Our ambition is to operate as one integrated healthcare system, using digital innovation to improve patient care and streamline operations. In collaboration with EMRAD, the DDC is expanding its remit to take ownership of key functions previously managed by EMRAD, including Product & Service Management and Governance.
We are recruiting a Central Product & Service Management Lead to lead the transition of these functions into DDC ownership. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how digital services are governed and delivered across the region, ensuring they meet the needs of clinicians, patients and operational teams.

* Product & Service Management – oversee supplier accountability across service delivery, product quality, and performance; manage issue resolution, maintain the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with network priorities.
