Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate - Cardiff
Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an experienced Solicitor to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their commercial property team which is consistently highly ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories. Depending on experience, this hire can be at either Associate or Senior Associate level.
With centrally located and impressive offices close to Cardiff central station, an experienced commercial property solicitor would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in South Wales.
Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven solicitor to join their social housing team which sits within their thriving commercial property team whose expertise spans site acquisitions and disposals, contract and lease negotiations, strategic property portfolio advice, and industry-specific knowledge.
You can expect to act on behalf of leading housing association clients managing your own complex and varied caseload of files offering guidance on site acquisitions, package deals, land options, promotion agreements, section 106 schemes, development agreements, joint ventures, commercial lease portfolio advice, refinancing, grant funding, and innovative carbon-neutral/energy-efficient housing projects.
You will also be required to support junior members of the team and, have the opportunity to take an active role in business development.
The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with previous sound experience of handling commercial property and development transactions
You should be an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues. Excellent IT and time management skills with a strong attention to detail are essential.
