The Person
The successful Junior Sous Chef will have:
Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Experience in a fast-paced, quality kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and stock control procedures
Ability to lead, motivate, and support junior kitchen staff during busy service
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Passion for high-quality food and consistent presentation
Calm, professional approach when working under pressure
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
