Office Administrator Worcester | Full-Time | Office-Based | Up to £26,000 Our client, a well-established and growing construction and engineering business, is looking for a confident and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their operations and team. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting both admin and operational functions. This includes: Handling calls, emails and enquiries professionally Managing databases, documents, and templated files (quotes, RAMs, warranties) Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site orders Supporting HR and recruitment, including screening candidates Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and staff training Assisting with job scheduling, diary and fleet management Producing reports on leads, KPIs, and business performance Helping implement new systems and processes across the team Liaising with engineers, clients, and external partners ✅ What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency with MS Office and admin systems A confident communicator with a proactive mindset Previous office admin experience (construction experience is a bonus but not essential) To apply or find out more, contact Jack at Four Squared Recruitment on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
