HV Design Engineer (Progression to Lead)
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Training + Progression + Hybrid + Up to 12% Pension
Are you a Design Engineer with experience in UK high voltage networks looking to be part of one of the most well-known companies in the North of England and work on high-value projects? Do you seek a clear route of progression to management?
Join a leading provider of High Voltage power infrastructure services and adoptable utility networks, working on seven/eight-figure projects. This new role has been created due to company growth and offers the opportunity to be a key player within the senior leadership team. The package includes a generous salary, 33 days holiday, up to 12% pension, and hybrid working arrangements.
In this role, you will manage a small but growing multi-skilled team of engineers to deliver detailed designs across various workstreams within the company.
This position is suitable for a Design Engineer with solid working knowledge of 11kV to 132kV (E)HV networks and substations, who is looking to move into management.
