KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Automation Technician will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Automation Technician, you will provide on-site, day-to-day support for automation systems, ensuring they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
2. As the Automation Technician, you will troubleshoot and fault-find on PLC, SCADA, and C&I systems, working primarily with Siemens, Rockwell and Schneider platforms.
3. As the Automation Technician, you will perform routine and corrective maintenance on automation, control, and instrumentation equipment.
4. As the Automation Technician, you will liaise closely with Engineering, Production, and other internal customers to resolve automation-related issues and minimise downtime.
5. As the Automation Technician, you will support small automation and control projects, upgrades and modifications where required (no development work).
6. As the Automation Technician, you will ensure all activities comply with site quality, GMP, safety, and engineering standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Automation Technician, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

2. Proven experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similar regulated production environment.
3. Practical, hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and C&I systems, ideally including Siemens, Rockwell, and/or Schneider platforms.
4. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to provide effective on-site support and communicate clearly with engineering and production teams.
