We are looking for a dedicated individual with a genuine interest in providing care for patients with renal failure to join our established and experienced team. The Renal Unit strives for clinical excellence and supports progression of clinical skillsets to optimise patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Your role will include supporting the delivery of renal dialysis to patients and committing to patient-centred care.
Your role is to support the team within our community with end stage renal failure.
Qualifications
Essential
* Registered nurse / Current registration
* Degree or relevant experience
Desirable
* Management qualification
* Post registration course in relevant speciality or willingness to undertake
* Mentor qualification or working towards
Knowledge
* Understanding of the professional and current issues in nursing.
Experience
* Post registration experience in the speciality
* Dialysis Experience
* Experience of mentoring
