Responsibilities: We will develop and implement a medium- to long-term SharePoint strategy aligned with business needs. We will plan, deploy, and optimise the SharePoint platform effectively. We will support the transition of SharePoint services into a stable BAU environment. We will produce and manage technical documentation, including architecture, design frameworks, and governance standards. We will collaborate with IT and SharePoint teams to align with organisational standards and best practices. We will design, implement, and maintain SharePoint architecture for current and future requirements. We will install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint environments across on-premise and cloud platforms. We will manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls. We will develop and maintain content databases and site collections. We will support the deployment of custom SharePoint solutions alongside development teams. We will provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user and system issues. We will monitor system performance, capacity, and security to ensure high availability. We will plan and manage backup and disaster recovery processes. We will produce clear documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guidance. We will deliver training and support to end-users and internal stakeholders. We will work closely with wider IT functions to resolve integration and infrastructure issues.
