Secondary School Setting Start Date: ASAP 32.5 hours per week (Term Time Only, 8:15am – 3:15pm) Salary: £18,924 – £19,719 (Actual, Grade C)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
* Help pupils engage with lessons and access the curriculum
* Support students across a range of needs, including:
o Communication and interaction
o Cognition and learning
o Social, emotional and mental health
o Sensory and/or physical needs
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery, preparation, and assessment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
* Support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing

* Previous experience working with young people or SEND is beneficial but not essential
