We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to play a key role working for our client, a prestigious non for profit organisation in Windsor.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting and promoting young surgeons to advance their surgical education. Reporting to the Education Director and working alongside the Education Team you will provide a range of services to the Committee and Fellows.
This is a part time role - Mon to Thurs - and the full time equivalent salary is £32k - £35k plus benefits.
Main Duties
1. Executive Support to the Committee
2. Assist with organising and running quarterly Committee meetings - producing detailed papers, presenting on current and future activity, taking minutes
3. Coordinate and follow up on actions from meetings
4. Assist with writing the quarterly reports for the Committee
5. Work with the Education Director to draft quarterly reports for the Council
6. Act as first response to all enquiries and managing the inbox
7. Organise and lead the interview process across different time zones
8. Create and distribute information packs working with the external designer
9. Organise and oversee the placement cycle of successful fellows at different host institutions
