Location: UK (remote, with occasional travel)
We’re looking for a proven SaaS sales professional to take ownership of new business acquisition. This is a pure new-business role — no account management, no farming. You’ll be selling a complex SaaS solution into HR and Operations teams, running demos, handling technical objections, and managing multi-step sales processes from first contact through to close.
What you’ll be doing
* Converting qualified leads (we provide leads) into high-value opportunities.
* Prospecting and building additional pipeline where needed.
* Running in-depth software demos and presenting to senior decision-makers.
* Managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* Translating technical detail into commercial value for customers.
* Closing deals and consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets.
What we’re looking for
* Proven SaaS sales experience – ideally HR tech, workforce management, payroll, or related fields.
* Track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stage sales processes.
* Confident in demoing software and handling technical discussions.
* Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage credibly with product and IT teams.
* Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by results.
What we offer
* £35,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience).
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of ~£120,000.
