What's AcademyNEL all about?
At AcademyNEL, we're on a mission to transform how we promote learning opportunities across our organisation and beyond. As our new Marketing Officer, you'll be at the heart of that mission leading innovative campaigns,
building our brand, and helping us become an Employer of Choice.
What will your day look like?
In this dynamic role, each day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact. You'll build strong connections with your audience through face-to-face meetings, professional networking, and digital engagement, ensuring our message resonates widely. You'll lead the creation and delivery of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and boost enrolment, while producing vibrant content across social media, video, and audio platforms. Collaboration will be central to your work, as you engage with colleagues across the Academy, People & Organisational Development, Communications, North East Lincolnshire Council, and our valued partners. Using data and insights, you'll evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies for even greater success. Above all, you'll be a passionate advocate for our learning offer, helping us reach new audiences and inspire a culture of lifelong learning.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with proven experience in marketing ideally within the education, learning and development, or professional development sectors. You'll bring a natural flair for storytelling and content creation, with the ability to craft compelling messages across digital platforms, events, and presentations. Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. As a confident communicator and collaborative team player, you'll be comfortable presenting ideas and building strong relationships across a range of stakeholders. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience will support your success in this role.
Why join us?
At AcademyNEL, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team that's passionate about transforming how learning is promoted and experienced across our organisation and beyond. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping our brand, leading innovative campaigns, and helping us become an Employer of Choice. You'll enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and your work makes a tangible difference. With opportunities to connect with a wide range of colleagues and partners, and the freedom to bring fresh thinking to the table, you'll be empowered to grow professionally while championing a culture of lifelong learning.
