About the Role As an Activities Coordinator, you will design and deliver stimulating and person-centred activities tailored to residents living with dementia. Your role will include: ✔ Planning engaging daily activities and events ✔ Encouraging social interaction and participation ✔ Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and confidence ✔ Organising creative sessions, games, music, gentle exercise, and themed events ✔ Building meaningful relationships with residents and families ✔ Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive atmosphere throughout the home No two days are the same, this role is perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life and making people smile.
