About the Programme
Our structured graduate pathway provides invaluable classroom experience, professional development, and ongoing support to help you transition into a successful teaching career.
You will:
* Gain hands-on experience working in local secondary schools
* Support pupils across a range of subjects (with opportunities to specialise)
* Develop key classroom management and teaching skills
* Receive guidance from experienced educators and mentors
* Build a strong foundation for teacher training (PGCE, Schools Direct, etc.)
What We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates who:
* Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
* Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Are proactive, resilient, and adaptable
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
