Business Administrator

Exeter, Devon

£28,.20 per annum

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

We are currently looking to recruit an experience Administrator to join our Exeter based team located at Venture House. You will be responsible for providing administrative duties covering both cleaning and catering provisions for schools and other sites as well as supporting the wider team with day-to-day duties.

Alongside a number of tasks, you will be accountable for:

1. Working as part of a team providing a range of administrative services within the cleaning and catering division.
2. Provide technical support through answering incoming calls and queries and responding in a timely manner.
3. Building relationships with stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
4. Coding and raising purchase orders and authorising payments on behalf of our key client.
5. Resolving and escalating queries from key client and internal teams.
6. Collating reports on operational and financial performance.

Your experience:

We are looking for you to demonstrate proven Office/Helpdesk, administrative experience. In addition to this, you will be able to show:

7. Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
8. Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
9. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
10. Good written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and members of the public
11. Previous experience processing invoices and orders would be desirable
12. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
13. Capable of producing accurate documentation and reports

Our offer

14. Competitive salary of £28,.20 per annum pro rata

15. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

17. 4 weeks full pay + 4 weeks half pay
