Service Coordinator Mayobridge £30,000 to £35,000 benefits We are working with a specialist business to recruit for their new Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator to join them in Mayobridge on a permanent basis. As a main point of contact for commercial customers you will; Handling calls from customers on service & maintenance needs Registering and qualifying customers service needs Liaising with engineering team to ensure work can be completed to schedules Ongoing liaison with customers on works Ordering parts from suppliers All associated administration What we are looking for Experienced in a similar role i.e. customer support / service or maintenance planning or scheduling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident IT skills ideally to include a CRM or similar Excellent package and opportunities.
