We are seeking a motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our busy Call & Contact Centre division based in Coatbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys candidate management, sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines.
The Role
* Sourcing and screening candidates for call and contact centre roles
* Managing the end-to-end candidate journey
* Conducting interviews and shortlisting
* Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
* Supporting consultants with live vacancies
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment, resourcing or high-volume customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Target-driven and motivated
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies
