As the business continues to scale, the Production Director is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to act as a true “right hand”, helping to run the day‑to‑day operation while driving efficiency, accountability, and performance across the organisation.
This is a pivotal leadership role, sitting at the heart of a complex, fast‑paced production environment. You will take ownership of operational delivery across multiple functions — from manufacturing and project execution through to fulfilment and logistics — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires someone who can bring structure and clarity to a dynamic business, balancing hands‑on operational involvement with strategic oversight.
Working closely with the Production Director, you will act as a central point of coordination across the wider business, aligning teams, improving communication, and ensuring priorities are executed effectively. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into operational reality, helping to streamline processes, optimise resource planning, and embed scalable ways of working as the company continues to grow.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in operations within a production‑led large‑format printing environment, where speed, precision, and quality are critical. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level, with the credibility and leadership presence to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
