The Transport Coodinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the transportation department. This role involves handling scheduling, documentation, communication with drivers and customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:30, pay rate of £13.22 per hour.

Assist in developing and managing transport schedules.
Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including delivery logs, maintenance records, and driver hours.
Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including bills of laden, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
