We have vacancies within the community/domiciliary care team, whom operates across Swindon. This will be to provide care and support to individuals in their own homes, with daily living tasks, such as * Personal care, including washing & dressing * Assisting with Nutrition & Fluids, including preparing meals * Assisting with medication * Assisting with light household duties, including laundry.
