Role Summary
An Occupational Health B5 Registered Nurse, responsible to the Clinical Nurse Specialist, Occupational Health and Wellbeing.
Responsible for taking delegated responsibility during shifts for a group of patients.
Provide services within your clinical competence boundaries.
Flexibility to undertake hours outside of core hours as required by the service.
No direct budget accountability, but responsible for the effective use of Trust resources and compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs).
Handle patient property/valuables safely in line with Trust Procedures and SFIs.
About the Role
Deliver high-quality, comprehensive occupational health services as part of the Exeter Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service to internal and external clients.
Practice according to NMC Codes, statutory requirements, and the Trust’s Vision for Nursing.
Work flexibly within the organization and support service needs as directed by the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Promote health and wellbeing in the workplace in line with health and wellbeing agendas.
Skills in venepuncture, vaccination, and some knowledge of Occupational Health services are desirable.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, hours to be confirmed. Some outside hours may be required depending on the workstream.

This is a fixed-term contract for months. NHS employees may consider it as a secondment opportunity.
