Children’s Residential Support Worker – Solo Service (EBD) Location: Smethwick Salary: £23,800 – £26,950 per annum (dependent on experience) Sleep-in Pay: £50 per sleep-in Rota Pattern: 1 long day on (07:30 – 23:00), followed by a sleep-in and 2 days off Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Driving Requirement: Must hold a full UK manual or automatic driving licence We are supporting our client in the recruitment of a Children’s Residential Support Worker for a solo children’s residential provision in Smethwick, supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a focused, one-to-one care environment where you can have a meaningful impact on a young person’s life. The role offers a consistent and structured rota, supporting work-life balance while delivering quality care.
