Finance Partner x 2 - Redcar & Scarborough
We are looking for two finance partners to join our team
The Finance Partner is the key link between the world of finance and the operational business. Whilst operating centrally within the finance team, the Finance Partner will also become an integral part of the operational team which they have responsibility for. They will be the lead for their area in the production of monthly management accounts as well as the annual budget process. They will also have the ability to translate the operational issues into financial appraisals and forecasts, working with the business to drive value for money.
We are seeking a qualified accountant to join the finance team. A detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong financial and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and navigate conflicting deadlines. You'll have excellent management accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis, with a collaborative approach.
Our finance team is friendly, supportive and collaborative. We work closely together, and create a welcoming environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute and grow. The team is currently going through a period of change and development, so this is an exciting time to join the team and make a positive contribution to the finance service.
