* Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
* Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
* Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
* Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and recommendations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the shop.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or automotive shop setting.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
* Experience with soldering is a plus but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
