Senior Commercial Director - Insurance Consulting
Camino Search is currently partnering with a high-growth boutique consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Director to build and lead the insurance practice.
This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role with full ownership of the insurance sector growth combining new business development, existing account expansion, and delivery oversight.
This individual will leverage an existing network within the insurance sector to win transformation engagements and shape the firm's insurance proposition and long-term strategy.
Paying up to £160,000 per annum + uncapped commission and benefits.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience delivering transformation initiatives across technology and business change as a senior stakeholder.
* Proven track record in sales and business development in a consultancy environment.
* Background in the insurance sector, bringing strong domain knowledge and a commercially leverageable network.
* Entrepreneurial and proactive approach, exciting by the opportunity to build and own an insurance practice in the business.
