Job Description
1. Build a strong talent pipeline and schedule staff for placements
2. Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding
3. Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards
4. Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks
5. Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards
6. Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins
7. Support field visits, supervisions, appraisals and changeovers
8. Review exit feedback to improve retention
9. Work with HR on employee relations when required
10. Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications
11. Recruitment and/or care sector experience
12. Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
13. Strong communication & organisation skills
14. Coaching/training experience
15. Passion for people, development & high-quality care
16. Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable)
