We're now looking for a Transport Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations at SWRoC, Avonmouth!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Head Operations: Oversee daily transport to ensure timely deliveries.
* Innovate: Create transport strategies to boost efficiency and success.
* Ensure Safety: Maintain high safety standards for a secure workplace.
* Team Builder: Inspire and engage your team for peak performance.
* Analyze & Improve: Track metrics and identify improvement opportunities for excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
* Transport experience at management level
* Hold an International CPC Qualification (desirable)
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
