Description
Job Title: Building Surveyor (Senior / Associate)
Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + annual bonus + generous private pension + life assurance + private healthcare + access to flexible company benefits scheme.
Flexible to consider experienced Commercial Building Surveyors of all levels.
Are you a Commercial Building Surveyor seeking a role where you can choose how to progress your career? Whether that be as a sector specialist or someone operating across multiple areas of the business, they are an employer that doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach to career development. They seek candidates who want to work with highly reputable private/commercial sector clients within a global multidisciplinary firm. Do you want to work for a business that has delivered award-winning, multimillion-pound city centre developments?
The Opportunity
A global real estate and development consultancy servicing a broad range of clients across services such as planning, development, asset management, lease advisory, project management, and strategic business advice.
In Manchester, they have a growing projects team of around 30 professionals, including Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and PQS Quantity Surveyors. They deliver industry-leading solutions on large-scale developments with project values around £200 million, focusing on infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.
Their flexible working approach ensures that employees thrive; some work across multiple sectors, others focus on specialized areas – it’s your choice. They undertake a diverse range of project and professional service work. The company supports Building Surveyors in carving a career path that suits individual aspirations.
The team follows a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days a week in the office. Many team members prefer more office time, but flexible remote options are available.
With a presence in over 100 offices, they combine industry experience with innovation to shape the future of commercial real estate.
MRICS qualification is highly desirable, but they will also consider candidates qualified by experience.
