The New World Trading Company are hiring an FP&A Manager Location: Warrington (office-based 3x per week with some on-site visits) The New World Trading Company are a nationwide operator of 27 bars and restaurants, with ambitious growth plans and a track record of industry recognition, including awards from The Casual Dining Awards, The Publican Awards, and The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. Following a period of brand evolution and a refreshed leadership team, NWTC is now focused on expanding its flagship concept, The Botanist. We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. With a best-in-class data warehouse (Qlik) already in place, we’re ready to elevate how we analyse and use data-turning reports into real insight that drives operational success. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and Marketing, playing a key role in shaping planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business. What you’ll be doing: Planning & Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with the CFO to build our 3-Year Strategic Plan. Partner with site teams on sales, labour, margin, and cost forecasting. Forecasting: Develop and manage a robust quarterly reforecasting framework to keep the business agile and informed. Performance Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports that provide clear insight to the Operations team and senior leadership. Systems & Data Expertise: Take ownership of reporting tools including Qlik, Zonal (EPOS), and Fourth (payroll/scheduling). Develop and refine Excel-based models and dashboards. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our FP&A Analyst, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Cross-functional Support: Provide ad-hoc analysis, commercial insight, and CapEx reporting to support decisions on site acquisitions, refurbishments, and menu development. What we’re looking for: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience Strong FP&A background - hospitality or leisure sector experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting systems or data warehouses A self-starter who’s confident working with senior stakeholders Able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance colleagues Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with tight deadlines Why NWTC?
