Reception Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching accordingly
* Maintain accurate records of student development
* Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff
* Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld
Reception Teacher Requirements
* QTS, EYTS, PGCE, or equivalent with a strong academic record
* Bachelor's degree in Education focusing on Early Years Foundation Stage or similar
* Knowledge of Reception Curriculum and pedagogy
* Classroom teaching experience
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with education professionals
* Passion and dedication to children's education
* Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation
