Capricorn is looking for experienced Protection Advisers to join our high-performing protection business in Hammersmith. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for advisers who know how to convert and want to be in an environment where performance is rewarded properly.

converting qualified mortgage clients into protection business
owning your pipeline from first contact to completion
delivering high-quality, client-first advice with urgency and accuracy
working closely with advisers to maximise referral opportunity and retention
building consistent volume in a proven protection model Who we’re looking for:
experienced protection advisers with a proven track record
strong closers who understand that income follows activity
commercially driven individuals who want to earn more from a stronger platform
people who work fast, follow through, and take ownership
confident communicators who build trust quickly
advisers able to work full-time from our Hammersmith office
right to work in the UK without sponsorship Realistic OTE:
Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
Year 3: £150,000+
