Your new job working as an Account Executive will be working within one of the UK’s leading independent brokers. With offices based throughout the UK, these brokers make it a priority to understand every detail of client’s businesses and work in partnership to provide aplete service to their customers. Thepany offers unbiased access to the market and places cover with an established insurer network where they also work not only in the UK but in the Republic of Ireland too. They offer innovative and intelligent risk advice and insurance programmed designed to confidently provide clients with a service to protect their risks. Due to expansion in their team based in Watford, a new role for an Account Executive has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as an Account Executive means that you will be working within an established team where you will be responsible for looking after your own portfolio of business c£300-£400k dealing with clients from inception topletion, to include meeting with your clients face to face. You will also be given the opportunity to travel overseas and deal with international business if you would like to be involved in any International clients. This role will include no new business but will have an element of upselling. Most clients will be based around Watford, London and Northwest London and you will be expected to visit these clients to build and maintain relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have experience working as amercial Account Executive and be able tomute to Watford. You should possess strong knowledge of insurance products and markets. You must also have experience in managing client portfolios and be proficient in using insurance platforms and client management systems. It is desirable for you to have Acturis experience and a CII qualification or a willingness to work towards them.
