InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a temporary Picker Packer to join a distribution company in Bordesley Green, Birmingham. The hours for the Picker Packer will be Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm You will be required to undertake both the picking and packing elements of the job and have experience with voice headset picking. The duties of the Picker Packer are: Picking trade and consumer orders Using a voice headset for picking the orders Approximately 70 picks per hour Working towards KPI targets Manual packing for larger items Smaller items are packed via a feeder, so you will be required to check the feed and make sure the items are in the correct place Packing via a conveyer belt Quality checking the packing The ideal Picker Packer will have : Experience within a similar role Excellent understanding of English The salary for the Picker Packer will be £12.27 per hour The hours of work for the Picker Packer will be Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
