My London based client is looking for an Interim Learning & Development Manager to support the following, initially for 6 months. Hybrid working with an ASAP start Role Description This is a contract role for a Learning and Development Manager based in Greater London. The role is hybrid, allowing for some remote work from home. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating workshops. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, collaborating with department heads, and managing training budgets. The Manager will ensure that the organization's staff meet their development goals and the company achieves its overall objectives. Qualifications Experience in Learning and Development, including developing and implementing training programs Strong co-ordination, facilitation and presentation skills Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage training budgets and resources efficiently Knowledge of Oracle
