We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children's residential care team in Cheadle.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people.
* Act as a role model, providing support and guidance to junior staff.
* Assist with the coordination and implementation of individual care plans.
* Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and life skills.
* Participate in shift planning and foster a positive team culture.
* Maintain a safe, structured, and compliant living environment.
* Transport children to school, appointments, and external activities.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and risk assessments in line with regulations.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in residential childcare – Essential.
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – Required.
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
