We're hiring for a OOH Planning Executive to join our OOH team in London.
Purpose of the Role
In the role of Planning & Buying Executive, you will be working within the fast-paced and exciting Dentsu OOH Planning & Buying team. The role will work across a selection of clients and assist Planning & Buying Managers and/or Directors on ad-hoc briefs/projects.
The role will work with the Planning & Buying Managers and/or Directors to develop the skills required to deliver high quality OOH media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting the team in order to deliver best in class work. Assisting other members of the team through the planning process to help pull together compelling responses to briefs. This will include assisting on:
o Full supporting rationale presentations for OOH media (Powerpoint)
o Full activity overviews/plans (Excel)
o Selling in the benefits of diversified products offerings (LivePoster/Data/Special builds) where applicable.
* Collating photographs and play out reports for each campaign.
* Pulling together Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) reports to detail campaign success back to clients
* Using internal tools such as ECOS (as detailed below) to help add detail and context to plans.
* Responsible for providing all responses on the specified plan template and within agreed deadlines, incorporating ECOS Planner/ROUTE audience delivery information where required.
* Responsible for supporting the P&B Director/Manager to build effective working relationships and practices with key media owners (including JCDecaux /Global/Clear Channel).
Qualifications + Skills
* Experience working in either client servicing, project or account management roles or in a similar advertising / media role - Previous OOH experience not essential but highly valued.
* Good communication skills with the ability to identify and highlight any issues or opportunities.
* Able to build positive day to day working relationships with media owner partners and internal stakeholders in Planning and Buying.
* Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programmes (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel etc.).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to identify any issues/opportunities to line manager, internal departments, agency contacts and media owners in good time.
* Ideally good OOH knowledge of OOH planning and buying growing expertise in proximity/local planning Activation process.

* The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2-3 days a week across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
