Job Title: Account Manager
Location: NN3, Northampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 (OTE £60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in NN3, who are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to manage and grow existing customer relationships while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and build strong relationships with key customers
Understand client needs and deliver the right products and services
Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and send out samples
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Handle day-to-day queries and resolve customer issues efficiently
Arrange and attend customer meetings (both on-site and in the field)
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within a buy-sell environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good commercial awareness
Highly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with customers
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales targets achieved
Meaningful Selling Interactions (MSIs)
Deals won
What's on Offer
Basic salary up to £50,000 with an OTE of £60,000
Bonus structure including circa 5% annual bonus plus up to £600 monthly based on KPI achievement
