Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex change initiatives that drive real business impact? A leading not-for-profit organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking 2 strategic and influential Programme Managers to join its Transformation Management Office. This is your chance to make a significant difference in an organisation that exists to support professionals when they need it most. You’ll be joining a function specifically created to drive organisation-wide change. This is a remote-first role with 1 day per week in the Leeds office and offers up to £75,000 to£80,000 + bonus, generous pension, private medical cover, flexible leave, and more.
THE ROLE
The Programme Manager will be reporting to the Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for:
* Lead strategic programmes focused on technology and business change
* Collaborate closely with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders
* Manage and support cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring successful adoption of change
* Oversee programme budgets, timelines, risks, and governance processes
* Embed continuous improvement and best practice into programme delivery
* Support development and capability building across the project management function
* Drive measurable outcomes that align with business strategy and transformation goals
YOU
The ideal Programme Manager will already have prior experience of:
* Proven experience managing complex transformation or change programmes for both business and IT focused programmes.
* Comfortable working with senior leaders, exec-level sponsors, and third-party partners
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (KeyedIn knowledge a plus)
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g. MSP, Agile)
* High-energy, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and improvement
* Experience of regulated environments is advantageous but not essential
