We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Technician / Paint Prepper to join our Swavesey bodyshop. If you have a background in automotive refinishing, vehicle painting, or accident repair and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation.
The Role – Paint Technician / Paint Prepper
14. Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles using approved methods and materials
15. Carry out vehicle paint repairs with accuracy and efficiency
16. Deliver high-quality, flawless finishes in line with manufacturer standards
17. Complete colour matching and blending to a high standard
18. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
19. Work collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
20. Proven experience as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, or Paint Prepper within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
21. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, refinishing techniques, and colour matching
22. ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
23. High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
24. A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and integrity
