Job Title: Food Production Line Operative

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Line Operative to join a client we support as a food manufacturing team. In this role, you will help maintain efficient production processes, ensure high-quality standards, and support accurate data tracking within our system.
Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery to produce and package food
* Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and quality
* Check finished products to ensure they meet required standards
* Update the computer database with accurate production and quality control records
* Handle raw materials and ensure proper mixing and preparation
* Conduct routine checks to maintain hygiene and safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work space
* Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food production or a similar environment (preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Good attention to detail, particularly in product quality control
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
* Ability to lift and move raw materials as needed
* Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable using computers to update records
Hours of Work:
This role operates on a two-week shift pattern
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6pm to 6am
* Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6am to 6pm and Thursday 6am to 2pm
